Abstract

When the midfacial fractures involve the upper maxilla (LeFort I, II, III), there is a chance that the nasolacrimal duck may have been injured. When this suspected, We must observe the presence of epiphora carefully. If the epiphora was not
improved
following conservative treatment, dacryocystorhinostomy would be the treatment of choice. We performed two cases of DCR and got the favorable results.
